Cooperlabs is not engaged in rendering medical advice or recommendations. You should not rely on any information to replace consultations with qualified health care professionals to meet your individual medical needs. .

15. International Access
This Site can be accessed from countries other than the United States. If You access and use this Site outside the United States, You are responsible for complying with Your local laws and regulations.

16. Complete Agreement
This Agreement (including under the Terms of Sale, any Additional Terms, and the Privacy Policy) constitutes the entire agreement between You and Cooperlabs with respect to Your access to and use of this Site.

Terms of sale:
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are unsatisfied with your Cooperlabs purchase, for any reason, you may return the unused portion of the product for a refund, less shipping.
Contact customer service (1-800-645-5048, 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday, or within 30 days of receiving the merchandise for a RMA#. If your product was received in error, Cooperlabs will pay for shipping to return. Otherwise, shipping of merchandise will be at your expense. (shipping charges are non-refundable). Returns are processed within 5 days of receipt and credit is issued in the form of original payment. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Offer good only on purchases from Cooperlabs.

Cooperlabs accepts credit cards, checks and money orders. If a credit card is being used for a purchase, Cooperlabs obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Cooperlabs endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax. Cooperlabs reserves the right to change prices for products at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.
